Role purpose: The Role’s purpose is to lead projects related to enterprise fixed services (SDWAN, IP VPN, leased lines, Internet access, Fixed Voice, etc) delivery, for corporate customers according to contract specifications and agreed time plan.
Key Accountabilities:
• Co-ordinate all the activities required for on time delivery of the service to Business Customers.
• Ensure quality in optimum delivery time and best customer experience.
• Liaise, at any stage of delivery with other involved departments to inform customer on service delivery progress.
• Ensure that the ordered services will be delivered according to contract requirements.
• Combines all necessary information to implement cost effective solutions.
Core competencies & qualifications:
• Excellent project management, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Very Good Knowledge of fixed & mobile data services (SDWAN, IP VPN, 3/G/LTE, Internet Feed, etc) and equipment used (routers, switches, firewall, PBXs, etc).
• Able to work in a matrix environment and cooperate effectively with internal teams across functions and external partners.
• Good listening, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to perform, deliver under stress.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• At least five years’ experience in Project Management/Coordination of complex Projects.
